However, SLI is not resting on its laurels. Improved turnaround time to answer customer inquiries is a top priority for the company in the coming year. It will achieve this goal by further training its personnel to enhance their customer service skills, such as listening closely with an empathetic ear to customers, and taking on board any feedback and suggestions for possible customer service improvements.
